Contracts Manager

Location: Antrim (Head Office)

Sector: Retail, Hospitality & Heritage Fit-Out

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

A leading construction and fit‑out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This permanent, full‑time role is based at their Antrim head office and will involve managing a diverse range of fast‑track commercial construction projects across the UK & ROI, typically up to £2 million in value.

This position is ideal for a driven, organised and quality‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident leading projects from concept through to completion.

Essential Criteria

* Degree in a construction‑related discipline

* Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience with a main contracting construction company

* CSR Black Card

* Proven experience delivering fast‑track construction, fit‑out and refurbishment projects

* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

* Experience managing design & build projects

* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people‑management skills

* Strong commercial awareness

* Previous experience managing and leading project teams

* Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)

* Full, clean driving licence

* Quality‑driven with a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction

* Proven track record within the construction industry
