Contracts Manager

SFR Recruitment Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Construction Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage construction contracts from inception through to completion.

* Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.

* Oversee project budgets, profitability and contract performance.

* Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and resources across multiple sites.

* Lead and develop site teams.

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and quality standards.

* Produce progress and financial reports for senior management.

* Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or senior operational manager within construction or a related sector.

* Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

📍 Oxfordshire-based role with regular site travel.
