Job Description - Contracts Manager

Contract Manager - Ringwood | Company vehicle provided, manage 3 major sites and lead your own team across a varied and autonomous role.

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing facilities and cleaning business based in Ringwood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational management with customer service, team leadership and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.

You'll oversee three large commercial sites across the region, managing a small team of cleaning operatives while ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. A full driving licence is essential as travel between sites between Poole and Salisbury forms a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

As Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring contracts run smoothly and clients receive an exceptional service by:

Managing the day-to-day operation of three large commercial sites
Leading, supporting and motivating a small team of cleaning staff
Conducting regular site visits, audits and quality checks
Managing staffing levels, rotas and holiday cover
Building strong relationships with clients and responding to requests promptly
Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables where required
Carrying out cleaning duties and providing hands-on support when necessary
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Maintaining high cleaning standards across all contracts
Producing reports and updating management on site performance

What we're looking for:

Previous experience within contract cleaning or facilities management
Experience managing teams across multiple sites
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
Comfortable carrying out audits and maintaining service standards
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
