Contracts Manager

We’re recruiting for an established construction business specialising in roofing works, looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

*

Managing multiple contracts and overseeing project delivery.

*

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

*

Monitoring budgets, programmes and project performance.

*

Maintaining strong client relationships.

*

Ensuring quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.

*

Managing contractual issues and resolving project challenges.

About You

*

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within construction is essential.

*

Roofing experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from all areas of general construction are welcome.

*

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

*

Good understanding of project delivery, budgets and health & safety.

*

Full UK driving licence.
