Building Careers Seeks Contracts Manager for Multi-Sector Shopfitting Contractor (Manchester)

Building Careers, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager on behalf of one of our established clients, a multi-sector shopfitting contractor.

The Role:

Manage contracts for shopfitting projects nationwide, ensuring all aspects comply with client specifications and company policies.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, securing the best possible terms for the company.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Resolve contractual issues efficiently and professionally.The Candidate:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction or shopfitting industry (a plus).
Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel nationwide for on-site project management.The Package:

Competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 per year.
