Do you have knowledge of commercial flooring? Do you have experience visiting sites and managing projects?

This is a well-established, family-run business specialising in the delivery of high-quality commercial flooring solutions nationwide. With project values typically ranging from £40,000 to £50,000-and reaching up to £300,000-the company offers a comprehensive range of supply and installation services across all types of commercial environments. Due to their strong industry reputation and continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

In this role you will oversee multiple commercial flooring projects ensuring they are delivered successfully. Key responsibilities include preparing and tendering contract documents, issuing quotations, liaising with clients, estimating, and managing multiple tenders, to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have experience running projects on site with substantial commercial flooring knowledge. This is an office-based role with weekly site visits.
