Job Description - Contracts Manager - Domestic Repair

A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join an established contractor offering building repair solutions primarily to the domestic insurance market.

Key responsibilities.

  • Site supervision.
  • Budget controls.
  • Monthly forecasting and invoicing targets
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Adherence to Company H&S, Environmental and Quality polices.
  • Customer liaison.
  • Programme planning.

Beneficial Skills / Qualities

  • Extensive experience of managing small – medium value domestic repair contracts.
  • Experience of the insurance repairs market
  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
