Job Description - Contracts Manager / General Manager
The Client Our client is a well-established construction contractor based in Suffolk, delivering a range of projects across the region. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable delivery and long-standing client relationships, the business is looking to appoint an experienced General Manager to oversee its day-to-day construction operations. The role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experienced Site Foremen responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on individual sites. The successful candidate will provide the link between clients, site teams, subcontractors and the Managing Director, ensuring that projects are properly planned, commercially controlled and delivered to the required standards.
