Contracts Manager - RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee delivery of small to large ground investigation projects from planning through to completion
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high technical standards
Manage contract performance, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability
Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and support to your team
Coordinate resources and support project planning and problem resolution
Review project outputs and ensure compliance with industry and company standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and technical specialists
Promote a strong Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) culture
Support efficient operation of the regional office and facilities
Contribute to business development, identify new opportunities, and expand professional networks

Contracts Manager - REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualified in Geology or a related discipline
Experience managing contracts, projects, or operations within the ground investigation industry
Commercially minded with experience managing project finances and operational performance
Confident communicator capable of engaging with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
Skilled in balancing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
SMSTS certified.
