In this role, the successful Contracts Manager would be responsible for site surveying, invoicing and quoting projects from start to finish, overseeing engineers and handling problems or updates with clients.

The ideal Contracts Manager would have come from a similar background, potentially a engineer who has worked their way up the ranks, with experience in Contract Management.

The Role:

• Traveling to varies sites across South East and London Patch
• Surveying and handling projects from start to finish
• Managing contracts, overseeing teams and negotiating with clients

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Contacts Manager
• Ideally from a HVAC Engineering or similar background
• Driving license
