This company operates within the specialist civil engineering and foundations sector, delivering a range of technically challenging projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to strengthen their operational team and support the ongoing success of the business.

In this role, you will oversee multiple piling projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing budgets, programmes, site teams and client relationships to ensure successful and profitable project delivery.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager from a piling background looking for a long-term opportunity offering autonomy, responsibility and career progression.

The Role:

Managing multiple piling and foundation projects from start to finish.

Overseeing budgets, programmes, commercial performance and project delivery.

Leading site teams, managing client relationships and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The Person:

Contracts Manager or Project Manager from a piling or foundations background.

Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and operational teams.

Strong commercial understanding, SMSTS, CSCS and full UK Driving Licence.
