Contracts Manager - Residential / Timber Frame Construction

The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:

·A proven track record in the construction industry with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

·A good knowledge of construction details and methods relating to bespoke house building projects, preferably with knowledge of timber frame construction. Knowledge of oak framing would be beneficial.

·Approachable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to form good working relationships with customers, subcontractors and other employees is essential.

·An eye for detail and quality, and a desire to achieve an exceptional end product.

·SMSTS qualification, or equivalent.

·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·Good computer literacy and paperwork management skills.

·A full driving license.

·Full references to be provided should the candidate be asked to attend an interview. Follow up project visits may also be required.
