£55,000-£60,000 + Car/Car Allowance | FTC to March 2027 | Basingstoke

I'm recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading property maintenance and refurbishment business on an initial fixed-term contract through to March 2027.

The role covers Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas, managing a small team of Site Managers delivering retrofit works across social housing.

The Role

You'll oversee the successful delivery of the contract, ensuring works are completed on programme, within budget, safely and to a high standard.

Projects include:

Solar PV

Ventilation & insulation

Windows and doors

Planned refurbishment

About You

Strong Contracts Management experience in Social Housing

Proven Retrofit & Planned Works experience

Knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 and SHDF

Experience managing Site Managers and subcontractors

Strong commercial, programme and client management skills
