Contracts Manager - Sports Pitches / Landscaping

Contracts Manager required for our Client a contractor that specialises with the construction and maintenance of sport surfaces so experience, knowledge a background delivering projects and contracts in sports turf, natural turf, 3G or 4G sports facilities would be a significant advantage. They would also consider a Contracts Manager with previous experience in planning and running projects within the civil engineering, construction or landscaping sectors with aligned experience in drainage, land forming or groundworks.

Travel to visit clients and sites are typically located within Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent & London Boroughs as well as time spent at their head office near Chichester, West Sussex.

• Take ownership of contracts and projects from the initial pre-contract meeting, design, estimate and quotation stage
• Ensure on time and on budget project delivery overseeing site scheduling, resource allocation and quality control.
• Maintain strong client communication and lead regular progress meetings.
• Ensure health and safety, regulatory and contractual compliance.

• Contracts Manager will background in landscaping, civil engineering or construction
• Knowledge of sports turf, natural turf, 3G or 4G sports facilities construction and maintenance.
• Based within a reasonable distance of Chichester, and happy to travel throughout South East of England.

• Basic Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
