We are looking to hire a Contracts and Performance Manager to oversee our funded programmes and make sure everything is smooth sailing and on the right track.

What we expect from you!

The contract performance manager is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of nationally and locally funded programmes, such as the National Careers Service, Multiply, UKSPF, DPS, Princes Trust, and grant-funded projects.
This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business and customers, particularly in relation to contracts. This may involve working on various assignments that change on a daily basis, including managing contract performance, taking action when performance falls below expectations, coordinating contract delivery, and handling tasks related to staffing, recruitment, and timetabling.
The contract performance manager will also establish a network of collaborative partners to facilitate learner referrals, engage with employers and stakeholders to promote ETF provision, and work closely with the wider team to maintain the quality of contracts.
Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, new contract launches, and referrals, represent ETF at networking events, report contract performance to senior leadership, and provide positive stories and case studies highlighting success.

£35,022- £38,961

Responsibilities: Contract management
The main responsibility is to oversee and organise the execution of contracts.
Ensuring proper allocation of staff, scheduling, and resources falls under the responsibilities of this role.
Building and maintaining relationships with employers in line with the contract requirements is also a key aspect of the job.
Personnel
Engage in the evaluation, oversight, and performance assessment of your designated domain.
Conduct the recruitment and hiring process for new personnel within your designated area of responsibility.
Quality
Provide support in achieving and upholding MATRIX and other industry standards within ETFG.
Oversee adherence to contractual obligations.
Regularly evaluate contract performance by conducting reviews with the contract delivery team.
Facilities
All tasks must be completed following health and safety regulations and protocols, creating and evaluating risk assessments when needed.
Supervise the execution of health and safety risk assessments.
Conduct health, safety, and fire inspections for your areas of responsibility.
Finance & Administration
Ensure accurate completion of client administration and documentation within specified timeframes.
Manage staff calendar, record attendance, enrolment, progression, goal achievement, and other client-related tasks
Monitor client progression and outcomes during and after ETFG provision - Collect specific outcome evidence as required by contracts
Maintain and analyse data and reports for informed business decisions.
Deliver real-time information to Senior Leader for contracts and operations
Meet financial targets within budget for each contract or project.
Track and report on financial aspects
Ensure compliance with company financial requirements.
Provide detailed financial information for management purposes
General
Develop a strong and effective network of business contacts and attend meetings and conferences within a network of professional contacts as required
Market Eat That Frog Group (ETFG) services to prospective clients and stakeholders
Comply with all Company Policies and legal requirements with special reference to Health and Safety; Data Protection, Safeguarding and the promotion of Equal Opportunities at all times
Travel as required for business to support other ETFG establishments, community-based delivery and to meet wider business needs.
Maintain and promote your workplace as a clean and healthy environment.
Undertake any other duties required by SLT.
