Job Description - Contracts Supervisor

We are recruiting a Contracts Supervisor to work for a Commercial company based in Dudley. This company proudly boasts the length of service for each employee averages over 10 years so if you want to work somewhere stable and credible this could be the right opportunity for you.

The role consists of managing multiple live projects from the point of order through to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with Key Customers, offering support, surveys, Inspections etc.
Liaise closely with supply chain to ensure best price/service.
Attend site to meet customers and offer guidance and understanding of our products and services.
Undertake site surveys and liaise with interfacing trades to mitigate risk and undertake clash detection.
Provide support to the Contracts Manager and attend Surveys and inspections/audits on request.
Provide support to the CAD Team to ensure drawings are updated correctly and site information is understood.
Provide Project information to the Contracts Managers for weekly program review and planning.
To provide a management oversight for all phases of installation projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment
Organise, attend and participate in design & production meetings, document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Overseeing performance of trade contractors and reviews of architectural and internal drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
Prioritise workloads based on overall business benefit for key customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :

Previous experience working in construction industry desirable
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Experience working in customer focused roles.
Experience working in office administration roles.
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
