Support key client accounts and lead review meetings
Supervise service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed scopes
Identify and quote for remedials, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Attend client meetings and build strong relationships
Assist with new business development and contract acquisition
Provide technical support, risk assessments, and consultancyRequirements:

Minimum 2 years' office experience (FM or construction preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage workload independently and within a team
Experience with CRM systems
