Responsibilities:
Design and program automation control system hardware and software (Siemens PCS7, Rockwell -PlantPAX DCS, HMI & SCADA) to meet client requirements and specifications.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation for control systems, including functional
safety studies, design documents, test procedures, and operations manuals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and build strong working relationships.
Ensure safe and efficient process operation per client specifications, including installation and commissioning activities.
Lead teams of engineers and technicians.
Travel to and work at overseas project sites (willingness and ability required).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field (Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial automation systems.
Experience designing and implementing PLC control systems in various industries (FMCG, Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care preferred).
Experience with BATCH-driven control systems.
Strong programming skills in PCS 7 and AB PlantPax control systems.
Knowledge of safety systems using safety relays and PLCs.
Experience developing technical documentation (FDS, FAT/SAT, O&Ms).
Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle (design, coding, testing, installation, commissioning).
Candidates must be on a Permanent Residency or be an EU national. There is no Visa support within this role.
Skills & Proficiencies:
Technical proficiency in mathematics, science, and technology.
Proactive time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of electrical theory, control components, and automation processes.
