What you’ll do: Deliver full lifecycle control systems projects (design ? commissioning) Programme and configure PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems Attend client meetings, carry out site surveys, and support project delivery Work with platforms including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider Produce technical documentation and ensure quality/compliance Support UK site commissioning (occasional travel) What you need: 2+ years’ control systems experience Electrical/Software Engineering qualification (or equivalent) Experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, drives, and instrumentation Strong communication skills Full UK driving licence For senior/lead level: 5+ years’ experience Ability to lead, mentor, and manage engineers Package: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30) Pension scheme Private healthcare (after 1 year) Sick pay + life assurance Training & development support Wellbeing programme + 24/7 counselling Overtime/TIL + expenses Company vehicles / car scheme (senior roles) Employee perks + regular social events Company: Established automation and control systems business delivering turnkey solutions across process, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on engineering quality and employee development.
