Conveyancer

Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a reputable law firm in north Manchester commutable from Bury, Salford, Oldham and Bolton. This is a permanent full-time job with a competitive salary, excellent bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, flexible and hybrid working. There’s also free parking.

The firm is open to levels of experience, including qualified and non-qualified fee earners, providing support to those who are keen to qualify.

About the Role

As the incoming Conveyancving Fee Earner you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters on behalf of property investors and companies
• Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with clients and referrers
• Contributing to the growth of the department through client care and business development
• Working independently with confidence, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues

About You

We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with at least two year’s conveyancing experience and able to demonstrate the following:

• Confidence in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems

Experience dealing with mixed-use properties would be an advantage but isn’t mandatory.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced conveyancers who are keen to qualify and interested in working with property developers.
