An established legal firm in Kent is currently seeking a motivated and team-oriented Residential Property Lawyer to join their thriving department. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or seasoned Conveyancing Professionals with strong experience.

Your Role Will Include: Managing a diverse range of residential property transactions – including purchases, sales, leasehold and freehold titles, equity transfers, and mortgage refinancing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be confident in handling a high-volume, mixed residential property caseload.
• Possess strong familiarity with both Land Registry Portal procedures and digital case handling software.
• Ideally, bring experience in dealing with new build properties and shared ownership agreements.
• Work exceptionally well within a team and take initiative where needed.
• Demonstrate a meticulous and thorough work ethic.
