The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, transfers of equity).
  
  
• Deliver an outstanding client experience through proactive and clear communication.
  
  
• Supervise and support junior team members and conveyancing assistants.
  
  
• Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
  
  
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management procedures.
  
  
• Keep abreast of industry developments through ongoing CPD.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to handle files independently.
  
  
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer.
  
  
• Confident using case management systems and working with digital workflows.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on client care and efficiency.
  
  
• Ambition to grow and develop within a progressive firm.
