Role Overview:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including both freehold and leasehold matters. You will handle files from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision required.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and communicate complex legal matters effectively
