Description

The Conveyancer will be:

• Managing a broad conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, surveyors, lenders, and solicitors.
• Conducting property searches, drafting contracts, and overseeing legal documentation.
• Advising clients clearly on legal matters and processes.
• Handling disbursements, client accounts, and reporting.
• Identifying potential issues early and escalating where necessary.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations exceeded.
• Maintaining accurate records and complying with compliance and risk procedures.

Profile

The Conveyancer should be:

• A solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or experienced fee earner.
• Possessing at least 2+ years of conveyancing experience.
• Skilled in managing varied property transactions (e.g., remortgages, shared ownership).
• Comfortable working autonomously while supporting the team.
• Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
