CONVEYANCER

Hours: full time

A fantastic opportunity to join a first class, highly regarded full-service law firm in their to work as a Residential Conveyancer (salary competitive, depends on experience). You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly department handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files including both freehold and leasehold.

Daily Duties

• Day to day running of a manageable case load
• Progressing Sales and Purchase transactions from outset to completion
• Title Checking
• Client care.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years+ case handling experience is desirable.
