Job Description - Conveyancer

Conveyancer – New Build & Shared Ownership
Location: London
Salary: £40,000- £60,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid/Flexible Working Available

We are working with a well-established law firm in London who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with strong experience in new build and shared ownership transactions to take on a varied and engaging caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of residential property matters with a focus on new build and shared ownership transactions
Liaise with clients, developers, housing associations, lenders, and other solicitors
Draft and review contracts, leases, and related documentation
Conduct searches, review titles, and deal with post-completion formalities
Ensure matters progress efficiently and clients are kept updated throughout

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
Proven background in new build and shared ownership
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience using case management systems
