Conveyancer

manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. The ideal candidate will handle matters independently with minimal supervision, ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of property transactions

• Drafting contracts, conducting title checks, and handling pre- and post-completion work

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders

• Ensuring all files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

• Providing clear, timely updates to clients and third parties

Requirements:

• Experience handling conveyancing files independently

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Proficiency with conveyancing software and case management systems

• Qualified/licensed conveyancer, solicitor, or experienced fee earner
