A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious residential property lawyer to join a highly regarded residential property team in Bath. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx professional with at least 3 years’ PQE, looking to build their career in a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll manage a broad caseload of residential property conveyancing work, from first time buyers to clients with multiple property investments. Your focus will be on delivering excellent client service while working closely with colleagues on a wide range of residential property transactions.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Running your own varied caseload of sales, purchases and related conveyancing matters
• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex residential property transactions
• Getting involved in business development, networking and client pitches

About You

• A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx professional
• Experienced in residential property and confident managing transactions independently
• Interested in contributing to business development and raising your profile in the market
