We’re working with a well-established High Street law firm that has a strong reputation for personal, approachable service and longstanding local clientele. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Conveyancer who can manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion.

About the Firm:

With a solid pipeline of residential conveyancing work and ongoing referrals, the firm offers a stable and supportive working environment with real opportunities for development.

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Transfers of equity

* Re-mortgages

* Shared ownership and new build transactions

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, ensuring excellent service throughout the transaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

* Ability to manage a full caseload independently

* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer preferred – although qualified by experience will be considered
