An outstanding opportunity has opened for a 2+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a prestigious Residential Property team in Warwickshire. This role is perfect for a professional with a robust background in Residential Property looking to advance their career with a leading multi-office law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds).
Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects.
Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
Proficient in business development.
IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
