Conveyancer & Team Leader

AJ Chambers is working with a law firm in South Essex and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them as a Team Leader.

You’ll be tasked with heading up an established team of Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Assistants while managing your own small caseload. This role will be about delegating work among the team and demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.

Rapid progression will be available to the right person, with hybrid working options, but some office presence will still be required.
