The firm is looking for a Conveyancer (Non-Qualified Fee Earner) to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Taunton. The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from instruction to completion.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients while ensuring a high standard of client care.
• Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, and handling post-completion work.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:
• Be in the final stages before qualification, looking to transition into a qualified role.
• Have experience in fee earning and case handling, managing files independently.
• Possess strong experience in residential conveyancing, with exposure to corporate and commercial clients.
• Have experience in B2B transactions, understanding the needs of business clients.
• Be confident in handling a full caseload from start to finish without supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be familiar with case management systems and digital conveyancing processes.
• Have a proactive approach and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team.
