The Role

Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Non-Contentious Solicitor ready to take the lead? Do you enjoy working closely with clients and mentoring junior team members in a supportive environment? If so, we have just the role for you.

We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable professional to join our team within our conveyancing department.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, while also supporting and guiding junior members of the team. This is a key position within the department, where your ability to deliver excellent client service and work well with others will be just as important as your legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

         ·         Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing files.

         ·         Oversee file progression and ensure key deadlines are met.

         ·         Provide guidance and support to junior fee earners and assistants.

         ·         Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors.

         ·         Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

         ·         Help maintain and develop strong client relationships.
