Location: Flexible | £45,000 + c£7,000 bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactions from start to finish
• Handling lease extensions and remortgages (if experienced – not essential)
• Working with a supportive, approachable team who care about doing things properly
• Using streamlined case management systems that make your life easier

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancer with strong knowledge
• Comfortable using tech and case management systems
• Organised, proactive and able to work at pace without cutting corners
