An experienced property law Consultant at a leading consultancy firm is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer to provide dedicated support across a wide-ranging caseload. The Consultant manages an active portfolio of clients, including private individuals, overseas investors, corporate entities, lenders, and developers.

This is a unique opportunity for a capable Conveyancer to join a busy and growing practice on a remote basis, working on varied and often high-value conveyancing transactions.

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Consultant on a broad spectrum of residential property matters. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new build transactions, and transfers of equity.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage files independently or assist with complex transactions
