Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working for a busy Law firm in Sheffield in their search for a Conveyancing Assistant/ Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a brand new role for the company as they're looking to expand their Conveyancing team due to internal promotions.

Permanent- Office Based
£24,000 PA
Full time

This role would suit a candidate with 6-18 months Admin experience- ideally within a legal or professional services environment who wants to develop.

The key duties include:

  • Updating the case management system
  • Client contact including phone calls and emails
  • Managing day to day running of a case load with support from fee earners and head of department
  • Conduct legal research as required
  • Dealing with Land registry, HMRC and relevant bodies on the transaction
  • Carry out office administration duties
