Solicitor (NQ – 6 Years' PQE) – Private Client/Property – Inverness

Are you a skilled Solicitor with a passion for Private Client and Property law? We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with NQ to 6 years' PQE to join a leading practice  in Inverness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including residential transactions, rural conveyancing, landed estates and crofting law
• Managing private client work such as wills, executries and powers of attorney
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and contribute to the firm's growth
• Participating in business development activities and networking to support the firm's client-centric approach

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 6 years' PQE in Private Client or Property law
• Experience in either commercial property or private client during your traineeship is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and client-focused approach to work
• Comfortable with managing a variety of work and supporting business development activities
• Understanding of financial disciplines required at your level
