Location: Lymington
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in residential conveyancing who enjoys variety in their role. You’ll support the fee earners with a range of administrative tasks and occasionally cover front-of-house duties — perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction alongside their legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist conveyancers with preparing documents and managing files: Strengthen your practical knowledge in property law
• Handle client communications and queries: Build confidence in client care and service delivery
• Draft standard documents and maintain case records: Improve your attention to detail and document-handling skills
• Provide occasional front-desk cover and reception support: Be a friendly face for clients visiting the office

Requirements:

• Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or in a similar legal support role
• Understanding of residential property transactions
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable balancing legal admin with some reception duties
