Key Responsibilities:

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will work directly alongside a Fee Earner to support the smooth progression of residential property transactions. Your duties will include:

• Opening and closing conveyancing files
• Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion tasks
• Scheduling appointments and diary management
• Handling initial client enquiries professionally
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the conveyancing process
• Assisting the conveyancer with all aspects of managing a residential property file

About You:

You will have:

• Prior experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal in residential property law
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
• Confident communication skills, especially over the phone
• A proactive and team-focused attitude
