Conveyancing Assistant

Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant,

Department: New Build

Location: Dartford

Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 plus commission

Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Hybrid working: Yes, after 3 months 2 - 3 days’ work from home

Company Overview:

Our Client are an award winning conveyancing law firm with a team of 200+ employees nationwide. Our client is a recognised name when it comes to conveyancing matters and are a common name you will come across working with most of the largest property developers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our Case Management System.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

Onboarding and Training:

Full on boarding process provided to all new staff

Training on entire process within On boarding Team before moving to Legal Department.
