Conveyancing Assistant

Our client is a well-established and Lexcel accredited law firm, who provide legal services across their locality in the Yorkshire market. They have been providing legal advice to both private clients and the business community for over 100 years. They are looking at recruiting in their residential property department for a Conveyancing Assistant.

Working within the property team, you will be expected to support in the efficient processing and management of Residential Conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and newbuild properties in addition to supporting with some commercial property files.

You will have proven customer care skills and have the ability to work quickly and maintain high levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Experience in a previous Conveyancing Assistant is essential along with a solid understanding of the Conveyancing process

Salary with this Conveyancing Assistant role is from £26k-£28k dependent on experience level.
