A well-regarded regional law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy and supportive residential property team in Scunthorpe.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to be part of a professional, friendly team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting fee earners with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Liaising with clients, Solicitors and third parties to progress transactions
• Preparing legal documents, ordering searches and handling post-completion work
• Maintaining case management systems and keeping files up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using modern case management systems
