A Conveyancing Assistant is wanted for a fantastic opportunity in Wolverhampton with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Applications are invited from Conveyancing Assistants looking for an opportunity to utilise their skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established high street law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Conveyancing Assistant will work closely with an experienced Solicitor on a full and varied caseload sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish.

Applications are invited from Conveyancing Assistants that are knowledgeable of the full process in Conveyancing. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience assisting on a caseload from start to finish
