Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
Salary: £24,000-£28,000

About the Firm and Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a dynamic and award-winning Residential Property Team based at the firm's Barnsley office. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential support to fee earners and the wider residential property team. This varied and rewarding role involves helping to progress property transactions, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Basic knowledge of legal letters and conveyancing procedures
• Strong computer and word processing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who is organised and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and commitment to the firm's values and client care standards
