Douglas Scott is proud to be working with a well-regarded, CQS-accredited law firm known for outstanding client care and a genuine focus on staff well-being. They’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly and professional conveyancing team.

What you’ll be doing
? Managing post-completion processes including HMLR registrations and handling requisitions
? Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
? Liaising with estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and other third parties
? Requesting redemption statements and assisting with contract packs
? Assisting in reporting to clients and ensuring accurate documentation
? Ordering searches and supporting lender panel compliance
? Keeping files meticulously organised and up to date


What we’re looking for

?? Previous experience in conveyancing post-completion work
?? Strong attention to detail — accuracy is key
?? Confident, polished telephone manner
?? Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
?? Team player who’s keen to contribute to a client-first environment

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role in Altrincham a firm that values its people as much as its clients.
