Residential Property Assistant – Eastbourne - £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Assistant to join their supportive team in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with files and supporting conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

The Role:

• Progress residential property files in the absence of the fee earner
• Liaise with clients via phone and email
• Audio typing and document production
• General file administration and case management

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience in a conveyancing assistant or strong legal secretary role
• Proactive, organised and capable of working independently
• Confident communicator and team player

Key Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with 45 minutes lunch
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), increasing with service
• Additional leave during office Christmas closure
• On-site parking
