Role Summary:

Join the residential conveyancing team to support fee earners in managing the conveyancing journey. Ideal for someone with at least 1 to 2 years of conveyancing experience. You'll handle administrative duties, AML checks, client liaison, standard document drafting, case progression, and support during exchanges and completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as file opening/closing, drafting correspondence, and preparing client care letters
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties via phone and email
• Conduct ID/AML and compliance checks
• Assist in preparing contracts, requisition replies, and support cases through to completion
• Promote internal best practices and support use of case management systems

Requirements:

• 1 to 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing support
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• IT literate, with confidence in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• A self-motivated team player who aligns with the firm’s values and client-first approach
