I'm currently recruiting for a forward-thinking and client-focused law firm looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to their team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting fee earners in managing residential property transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
• Preparing contract packs, ordering searches, and submitting applications to HMLR
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
