An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a small, well-regarded high street law firm based in Chislehurst, Kent. This is a traditional, close-knit practice where you’ll support the Director directly on a busy residential property caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
  
  
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  
  
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders
  
  
• Handling SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  
  
• Opening, closing, and archiving files
  
  
• Diary management and general administrative support
  
  

You must have at least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing support role and be familiar with the end-to-end conveyancing process. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property law. While career progression is available, it will be earned through performance and commitment.

Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of Chislehurst.
