£24,000 Basic | £36,000-£40,000 OTE with Bonus

Our expanding team at our Manchester office in Old Trafford is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive environment with exceptional growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and uploading property details and images to our internal system
• Managing a portfolio of properties, including regular updates to clients
• Handling general office administration tasks with efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing role (essential)
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A methodical and well-organised approach to work
• A professional, friendly and polite telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• One Saturday in every six (on a rota basis)
